
We may have a chance to stop and think
and it can make a huge difference
as to how we feel
and to how we
progress towards better experience

agonizing
absolutely
excruciating
and it seems surprising that we will again wade through such difficult emotions
especially when we have been riding high
for so long
and standing strong
when our confidence has protected us
until our self awareness wavered
Now specific reasons of comfort
fade into our pathway
beaten by the
footsteps of routines that have been
engrained in our day
because we can not always
weigh each fine detail

We face the natural tests of time
in life

All that we have is based on our health and our understanding of health

For example
we work and strive to feel good
individually and as a group
even towards all humanity
Is that not the bottom line?
Feeling well

Meanwhile
regarding discomfort
we may face cognitive dissonance
to not have afforded due time
to the current reason
when we also have a vast array of possible thoughts
and sequences of cognition
that can not always be successfully addressed simultaneously

Our worry can be misplaced
if we dwell on otherwise inconsequential antecedents to stress

Our focus is better spent on our greater plans and personal wellbeing
*
We may follow the masses
We aim to contribute to society
with appropriate awareness
yet sometimes we face judgements that are in fact unfair
Consider this just
sight and sound
only carrying power if we invest in it
We can avoid developing energies
that can be corrupted
Judgement that
if disregarded
is meaningless in comparison
to the big picture
and the long term consequences of ignoring our own goals

Attention to detail is essential
We do well to take care
as to which details that we focus on
and how long we spend on each situation

Reverting to thinking
that supports our comfort
we may search through our imagination and tweak a bright memory
or new course of action
on the level playing field
just as our time to get things done
and enjoy ourselves seems elusive
in a thought
in the next mere moments
we are transported to a place of contentment
with an effort to focus in another way
with no need for strenuous effort
all of the time
but for steady calm and ready exploration of our experience starting with our mind
