We need people to realise

For more good outcomes

Faith should be intact

Objectivity is great

To discover the truth of the day

But we also need

Good insight to find the sun

when the sky is grey

Define steps

Walk them fast

Talk to the people

Double check

So we all

Get past

Find ways to reach through

Until we all feel well

So many ways to have good days

If we plan them

And stand for them

Like seeing

Sunshine through a haze

We can find the silver lining

And realise inherent goodness

As optimism pays

How do we get some of that?

We need more people to arrive

At better outcomes

And start to have the knack

Sensitivity is great

When we’re feeling

as strong as the day

We all have soft hearts

Sometimes we need

A tough skin

For things to be okay

Walk them last

Talk to the people

Double check

That we all can pass

Find ways to reach out far

And the energy will feel real

So many ways

to have good days

If we plan them

And understand them

By filling lifetimes

with more praise

We can create more peace of mind  

To facilitate essential goodness
