This is just a poem from this morning, having a coffee, and thinking of personal drives, social rhythms and connection, among other things.

We can be
certain of one thing
It is happening right now
We are part of the greater energy
We get used to it some how

We reach from one level to the next
with impacts affecting everything
We are social
We have emotions
We feel everything that we believe
*
For everything that we believe
We always will compete
Get used to our strong feelings
Boundaries we can’t exceed

We will not
Go over the top
Feel good managing right now

We stay so
True while they still doubt
It is happening right now
We are part of the greater energy
They get used to it some how

We reach from one connection to the next
With respect approaching everything
We are flowing
We have devotion
We can reach everything that we need

Everything that we ever need
Should not stay incomplete
Appreciate our feelings
So that we will succeed

The only challenge is feeling balanced

When i see themes and certain plot twists, i think about how life all plays out, spontaneous or rehearsed …

All of life seems to be programmed
We just build on our
experience
Not to say
that it’s all been planned
But there is a plan
it just makes sense

Each new event the data brings
We are always primed and ready
Our actions keep on happening
The flow of our life stays steady
Core strength stays strong like a rock
Fast or slow, time never stops
Our senses keep on perceiving
Keeping us believing
Consciousness or dreaming

Life is wound up like a clock
Minds keep moving
Never stop
Each hour keeps on achieving
Time’s fabric still weaving
Consciousness is streaming

New ideas stand
But time’s map still spans
it just makes sense

The sun and sky stay on top
Light’s energy never stops
A clear mind keeps on conceiving

I am not sure if this poem is cohesive, but it does seem connected to the idea of “the pull,” on our coffee, of a falling bin, of each other, of a drink, of the moon and our favourite tune. Just saying: this is creative writing, not a science… it is more specifically about how we manage our challenging days.

Three cups of coffee
And worked for nine days straight
There are dishes in the sink
They will just have to wait

The trashbin on the driveway
Was knocked over by raccoons
The mess is real
I can not deal
I have to get to work real soon

People in life mean well
and I appreciate the feeling
Those that do not mean well
can put us all through hell
But should try to do much more healing
So they do not step on our last nerve
So we don’t have to fight their dealing
When that is just
not what we deserve
Understand how we are appealing

The natural part is something to write about. Super natural British Columbia, even at this destination just outside of the big city.

A village beyond the trees
Through the leaves
Behind the beach
The mountains look far past
While the water just looks
So deep

Walk down the path until we
Fill the streets
Sun still has reach
Autumn has much less heat
Cool fall days
Refreshing
Complete

The sky watches everything
And listens
to birds that sing
Or piercing birds of prey
Wisps of clouds
Lift the eagle’s wings

No rain here now this season
We will feel
A chilled breeze or
Moments the sun’s warmth plays
This bright blue fall day won’t freeze us

Within this world
We use trails or sidewalks
Roads for our vehicles
Leading to driveways
Parking and buildings

Like branches of the trees

Save for evergreens

Channels in the Earth are locked
Streams rise hot from molten rock
Steam twists

wade, swim and walk

Spirit never gets run down
What we found is all around
A new day we will meet
One day my friend will be renowned
