Things that we say may not mean much from one angle, but can mean everything from another.

When we express the weight of our world, it can become easier for others to understand, and we can also share strategies for coping. They can become apparent.

For those that don’t face similar situations, they can still find empathy from imagining the scenario, or they can ignore it altogether, or even develop resentment.

There are many angles and many personalities that we can encounter, and there is always a better way to make it through. It is either through fine tuning or complete overhaul.

Our ability to impact our own lives is determined by our frame of mind, our physical health and how we adapt. Mental snd physucal health determine our experience of wellness, and our quality of life.

If we can find ways to nurture these faculties, then we have a better experience in general. We feel better for ourselves and we can have a positive impact on our social network and environment.

I think that if we are diligent in our pursuit of wellness for ourselves, then, shared effort, hope and optimism will drive us to improvement and maintenance of our quality of life.

I must refocus and pay attention to what matters
In order to make progress towards my goals
Even when I think that I an right on target
I may need to expand my view

And while moving towards new energies also engage with the current

For wellness and
That includes finding ways to encourage my own learning to maximize the mental and physical health of myself and those that I can impact
