Nothing Seems to Come to Mind

I took this pic in the last 24 hours. All respect to these people, like nurses, doctors and paramedics. And support workers! – And Everyone.

Nothing Seems to Come to Mind

I take a tone
Because I am thinking
I aim to make a point
*
I am not on the brink of arguments
I am just engaging in dialogue
To explore and
Radiate good energy
*
I hope that it is received that way
With healthy discovery
*
Partly with myself I speak
And with anyone that will
entertain these topics
Because I feel that we are often
on the same wavelength
You and I
*
And between me and myself
There is no cognitive dissonance
+
No contradiction in visions
We get results
+
We work to connect with
an understanding of our world
however that appears
*
To get us through the toughest
times that we will ever have here
*
Discussion helps us to
remember what we stand for
without any fear
*
The past changes everything but
The current is strong
clear, here and forever
The future is whatever is meant to be
And we will see better outcomes
When we make better decisions
It is all that we can do
To feel good
From way down low
While we get the chance to
appreciate more of our time
our surroundings
our society and ourselves
*
Work for it mentally
Perseverance, patience and passion
*
And when asked if we have any troubles
It seems quite clear that
in these moments
Nothing seems to come to mind

The poem may seem to clash with the picture in some ways, but actually, even in emergency situations (or especially in emergency situations) the ideas of this poem hold strong for me. Calm, balanced inertia to get through tough times!
