
An absolute truth in life is that, how to find comfort is one of the most important things that we will ever know.
Sometimes that is all about calm reason.
This is some part of my philosophy, but with rhyme and rhythm and a few spare minutes…
If we stop to think about everything
Sometimes our thoughts explode
Meanwhile, the rest of the time
Our mind should create an even flow

Through the worst and the best
It depends how it goes
When we are on the edge
Like when we know
Times, sick or hurt or stressed
If we are unhealhy
And low
Put our brain to the test

How to find comfort
is everything
that we should ever need to know

Our mind is more likely to drag it’s heels
If we can’t be well
And we feel like hell

If we are at a time
When we haven’t thought things through
maybe jumped to conclusions
Or given into illusions
Somehow we can still get back
to level ground
and then charge through
If we can find that mood
With that mind set and attitude

We focus to feel just fine
all of the time
even when we are misaligned
*
It only takes one time
When it’s all on the line
To change the design
And get back to fine and better

We flow with anything and everything
*
If life is tweaked
Like by a tough week
Or pressures
on our nerves
Like anxiety

Set it free
For all it’s worth
Think of how to
Deal with everything
By reaching comfort in our thoughts

If at first we can not
Find it in our body
Then we should find it in our mind
Our life will surely follow
With the calm reason that we find
