I find that life is full of amazing and surprising stuff… good and bad. I try to channel the good and find ways to create a better balance, with more healthy, enjoyable stuff. Rather than accepting negativity and pain, I aim to find ways to extract the lesson and create more good stuff where it was. It is not that easy, especially when there are so many challenges and so much competition between perspectives.

Sometimes if we shed light on a situation, it allows us to share views, co-operate and find progress. Other times we are on our own.

No one knows every situation
