The forest is deep green

There is a stream

The reaching trees and

the wind is moving branches

shaking leaves free

Onto the winding path

by the life-giving water

Serious or for a laugh

The device and our world get hotter

Too much and I turn it all off

I take a break

Reset my brain

And work it all out

Nurture my body

Food, sleep, exercise

to feel strong

From my perspective 

With less doubt

Sort it out
