Things are starting to look up

The bright mountains

Are honoring the Earth

Except being pure narcissists

To their community

Working with such pure feeling

Just being so cool

Like acting kind and balancing

Everything so it is fabulous

These same people

Seem to do nothing more

Than trying hard

To keep the conversation going

While in the background

They work more for everything

And so seem like social misfits

Some people

are on top of the world

Some people

Are far more unsure

Either way

they make it through because

they are living, working people

And they have enough strength

to fight for the cure

Good feelings

In any moment

Are remedies pure

Some people find

Such great support

In their community

By learning ways for dealing

Meeting friends so cool

Then being smart and addressing

The world like it is tremendous

These same people

May do nothing more

Than being nice

To keep the conversation going

While in the background

Not showing much of anything

Except being purely gracious

Some people

are on top of the world

Some people

Are far more unsure

Either way

We make it through because 

We are living, working people

And we have enough strength

to fight for the cure

Good feelings

Any moment we share

Remedies pure

I do not like the pressure

that the social world

can put on us

Like when it dictates the feelings

in the lives of those among us

With double standards

We can’t handle

They think it’s fine to con us

Destroying lives

With their logic

If we find true wisdom

Life becomes less toxic

To be more kind and honest

That the economy throws at us

Like when we can’t agree

It’s easy to say

from far away

that your grudge shouldn’t stay

How can you be that way?

All around the world

It isn’t okay

Your most devastating fate

just doesn’t quite seem real

In the glimpses we steal

How can hate be real?

History is no big deal?

But how are we supposed to feel?

Denial sometimes:

A healthy shield?

Easy to downplay

when far away

Seems the truth doesn’t stay

How can we be that way?

All over the Earth

It isn’t okay

When we contemplate our state

it should become more real

In images we feel

But then hate grows real

That is a very big deal

When packages our culture steals

With grime and lies media has sealed

I’m not saying

that media’s all wrong

It can depend on the individual

It’s how we interpret it

There are lies out there

We have to be aware

And propaganda to benefit

One side or another

Health and comfort are key

For everybody

It’s about how we should be

And taking

The most sure path to get there

Realise:

Hate should be despised

To make us better

We see what we see

And we hear what we hear

Do something about it

Suffering is inevitable

*

But we should take

Every chance we get

To prevent it

It’s easy to fade when laying shade

Toxic culture should not stay

How can it be that way?

In our universe

It isn’t okay

Let’s investigate our crate

we may discover what’s real

In perspectives: our meal

Digest hate for real

Heath determines how we deal

Consider how everyone feels

Inspire on the wire until healed

If I get courageous

I hope that the dangers

Do not get any worse than they already are

Life goes through stages

Written in pages

Some not yet considered

And some that

Won’t get that far

In the success of a message getting through

I will cheer for  hours

Summon more powers

And make sure the next message

Extends our good views

If I feel that rage is

Causing new dangers

I will speak to you first

It comes straight from the heart

It seems like cages

Making our wages

The key is delivered

Yet some can’t reach that far

In thinking we

Reached out with our best views

We bow down for hours

Notice no flowers

And hope that the next message

Actually gets through

I’m secluded for speaking the truth

Or simply sharing my heart

Not hurting anybody

This fight is not bloody

Yet they treat me like

A pure criminal

Quite blatantly

so they can win it all

That’s a sure way for resentment to start

Concluding that I needed more proof

Truth is I left out some parts

Called out by everybody

My name got so muddy

But some messages ARE subliminal

Which can make it hard

to begin at all

Do they really think that I’m not that smart?

I may seem outrageous

As I avoid dangers

Trying to heal with each verse

The moon takes us through phases

As the bright sun blazes

They both shape our living

Life seems controlled so far

Depends where we look

To find our news

And in which fair hours
